DESCRIPTION:Fears\,Tears\, and Beers 2020\nThis event is committed to taking any and all necessary steps to maintain the health and safety of both our Guests and Team Members.\nFor Our Operating Plan and Safety Measures for Covid-19 Click HERE\nFears\, Tears\, and Beers 2020 is the enduro format mountain bike event of the season! Pedal your bike to the top of the mountain and then you are timed at specific sections of the course. There will be 2-6 timed sections\, mostly twisty downhills and sprint sections. The sum of the times on these special tests will determine the winner.\n\nThe event takes place on BLM and USFS administered lands under special use permits.\n\nMen’s and women’s events for all classes.\n\nFun Run: Shorter in length and less climbing than the beginner class\, 2 timed sections\nBeginner Class: 17.5 miles\, 2\,300′ elevation gain\, 3 timed sections\nSport Class: 26.6 miles\, 3\,500′ elevation gain\, 4 timed sections\nExpert/Pro Class: 33.3 miles\, 5\,400′ elevation gain\, 6 timed sections\nBe prepared for the weather. We have had everything from hot and sunny to very wet and snowing. \nAfter-party/awards ceremony at Bristlecone Convention Center\nRacers eat free\, others will need purchase wristband for $10.\n\nThe event is also great for visitors. Music and celebrating all day at Broadbent Park.
