Wear activewear or share an activity that helps you stay well. \n🤝 February 10 – Kindness Counts\nTake a photo highlighting someone who has shown kindness to others and tell us their story. Small acts make a big impact. \n🎨 February 11 – Tie-Dye Day\nExpress your emotions through color!
