Ely Art Bank

Step inside a place where history meets creativity and the Great Basin tells its story in color, texture, and form.

The Art Bank, located at 399 E Aultman St, Ely, NV 89301, is both a gallery and a living cultural center, offering an experience that feels as much like a journey as it does a destination. Housed in a beautifully restored historic bank building, the space invites you to wander among works that capture the spirit of White Pine County and the vast landscapes that define it. Paintings, sculpture, and photography span generations, providing a layered perspective of life in the Great Basin, from its deep roots to its present-day expression.

Throughout the year, the Art Bank hosts a series of special exhibitions that keep each visit fresh and engaging. It is the premier place to experience and support the work of talented local artists, with pieces available for purchase that allow you to take a part of the region’s story home with you.

The atmosphere is part of the experience. Thoughtfully restored and creatively designed, the space blends natural elements with historic character, creating a setting that feels grounded, welcoming, and quietly inspiring.

The Art Bank is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm from May through mid-December.
