Discover Downtown Ely! Join us on Saturday, October 10, from 12-6 pm for a day of exploring, discovering Ely’s history, visiting local businesses, and celebrating downtown!

As part of a recent project with Travel Nevada, White Pine Main Street created a new historic trail map featuring 22 locations throughout downtown Ely, highlighting the stories and history of some of our community’s historic buildings.

Stop by the White Pine Main Street office at 415 Murry Street, the Art Bank, Hotel Nevada, or the White Pine Public Museum to pick up your map and get started. Explore the trail by foot or bike, visit local businesses along the way, take photos, discover a little more about Ely’s history, and enter to win prizes!

Downtown businesses will also be offering special in-store activities, promotions, and more throughout the day. At the White Pine Main Street office, you can get the Discovery Trail logo printed on a blank T-shirt or other garment during the event.

With the Downtown Ely Reconstruction Project now complete, this is also a chance to spend the day downtown, enjoy the newly renovated Main Street, and celebrate everything that downtown Ely has to offer.
