Oktobeerfest Crawl

Notice from White Pine Chamber of Commerce As Follows:

We are currently seeking sponsorship and participation for our Oktoberfest Beer Crawl event, scheduled to take place on October 1^st, 2022 from 3pm-7pm. The Chamber is excited for this event to promote local business and bring life into our downtown area!

This event will have an admission price of $20 per person, and the event goers will begin at the Ely Elks Lodge where they collect an event cup and map showing all the businesses who participate. Each location on the map will have a drink special or offer some sort of free alcoholic beverage and/or hors d’oeuvre. If the participant visits each location on the map and obtains signatures, they will be put in for a raffle prize of $100 in Chamber Bucks. Depending on the level of sponsorship received, we are considering additional raffle prizes that will be purchased from local businesses.

How you can participate:

• We are accepting all donations to be put towards this event and all contributors will be recognized through our Facebook page and having their logo placed on the event map and flyer.
  • There are two top sponsor spots available at $500 each – and the business would be recognized through our Facebook page as well as having their logo placed on the event cup, map and flyer.

• We are looking for businesses to be featured locations during the event. We are asking for the business to have a signature drink or two and provide this to patrons who come in with their cup. These do not have to be full-size drinks, but minimum 4-6 ounces. This will be at your cost. They will then have their map signed to verify they received from your establishment

The White Pine Chamber of Commerce appreciates your support, and we look forward to hearing from you about this opportunity. We are excited for this event to kick off our Shop Local Hometown Holiday event season. It is our hope, this will get them in your door now and then they will want to come back and shop/eat/drink local.
